CHURCH LAW ON FASTING:
1) On ALL FRIDAYS OF LENT everyone 14 years and older are to abstain from meat.
2) On ASH WEDNESDAY and GOOD FRIDAY everyone 18 to 60 years old are required to fast from food except for one full meal and 2 snacks.

Masses: 9:00 am/ 4:00 pm/ 6:30 pm

-NO MEAT on ASH WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAYS OF LENT-
1 Full Meal and 2 smaller meals (that equal 1 meal) are permitted
